Northwest Airlines & Afterward — Nicholas Bredimus
Hailing from New Jersey, Mr Nicholas Bredimus examined software, airlines, and hospitality together and forever changed these areas of business. This resourceful man has worked in a great many areas, from the designer home market through an advancement of air safety and computer programs to save resources and time. Taking a look at Nicholas Bredimus’ family history anyone could see he was a lock to rise to distinction. His family traces its roots as far back as the time of ancient Rome and proudly boasts a wide mix of nationalities. The maternal family mingles Scottish and German roots. His father’s family, on the other hand, were born in England and Luxembourg, where they subsequently emigrated from in the late 1800s.
Once in the U.S., the family still strove to make their way to the top. Nicholas, as well as his two brothers and four sisters, was born to a father who worked as a mechanical design engineer and his spouse, a practicing nurse. He would come to live in Kansas City, Arizona, Texas and a city by the name of Reston in Virginia.
Once his schooling was complete, Nicholas Bredimus engaged in several high-powered jobs at several of the most respectable and largest airlines. Nicholas ascended to the post of vp with firms like Republic Airlines, Trans World Airlines (TWA), and Hughes Airwest. Most prominent, even considering this, was his prowess as an inspired software architect for the airline industry. He is most famous for one particular project, namely his aircraft maintenance computer programs which come into use by almost all air carrier companies. But this stands as only one of his memorable innovations for the hotel sector. The booking programs he invented are on their way to stand alongside the aforementioned program as a measuring stick, and his room reservation system empowered several major sectors of the hotel industry to leverage a PC based architecture. He went on to produce a software application by the name of QuikTix, the first electronic ticket sales network.
Mr Bredimus parlayed these successes into posts not related to software development, and continued to augment his reputation. With his own firm — Bredimus Systems — as a divisional manager with American Express, and as the founding president of AMR Travel Services his career is impeccable.
Today, though, Nicholas Bredimus has stepped back from his airline connections and from coding, although he’s still making best use of his skills. At present, his innovation is seen in luxurious homes built around all of the cutting edge smart technology to be anywhere. The spirit we noted above simply refuses to be toned down anytime soon…
